Added Ninja Class
Added Knight Class

Ninja : Increased speed and damage. Short range.

Knight: Increased damage and health. Slower speed. Medium range.

These classes could have severe balancing issues, especially with the final boss. This is a WIP and will be sorted out with some testing.
